37 reunião doConsórcio Madeira  (ToBinG) 18.7.2013

Olá equipe, foi outra noite agradável no La Pasta, com discussões interessantes!

Os Wwoofers de D se juntavam a nós mais tarde, uma menina da Suécia e um menino de Espanha, ambos muito agradável e fluente em todos os tipos de línguas (H, o filho do E. e da G. também veio, um jovem muito inteligente)

Falamos sobre o evento de Ignite Portugal, este foi muito bem organizado por pessoas do Continente (contato na ilha: Carlos Lopez do CEIM), cerca de 120-150 pessoas atenderam, todos muito entusiasmados. Foi filmado, por isso pode aparecer em YouTube.

U apresentou o Consorcio lá, e duas pessoas pediram para se juntar; U irá entrevistá-los primeiro.

Sistema solar auto-consumo: D ainda não consegue dar nos números de poupanca porque ele ainda está afinar o sistema.

Os consumidores geralmente têm a escolha entre “em Grid” (vender a electricidade produzido a Casa da Luz) e “off Grid” (auto-serviço independente), mas também existem conversores “híbridos” que permitem a ambos, assim quando o solar produz electricidade em excesso, a sistema pode fazer o relógio andar para trás, economizando dinheiro também. D vai comprar um desses conversores.

O inversor deve ser programado para não permitir o carregamento completo com rede elétrica durante a noite, porque então a energia solar a partir do dia seguinte não pode ser armazenada nas baterias e está perdido. It `s learning by doing!

Também falavamos sobre os geradores a diesel e a eletricidade micro-hydro, o sistema que o D quer. Neste fim de semana, N e J do grupo de Agricultura iram ajudá-lo a configurá-lo, eles já têm esses sistemas.

A cesta  vai de carpinteiro E ao Sr M  breve, podemos ter o nosso protótipo pronto antes do final do verão.

D verificou o papel da U sobre a solução híbrida, que permite a transferência de uma propriedade de um vendedor a um comprador sem uma hipoteca e um banco, (ver em anexo, em Inglês até agora).
U irá entregá-lo ao Contraditório a ser publicado no Outono.

Discutimos ia déia do E de um banco de tempo, e como os membros já foram informados, agora há a possibilidade de instalar um software on-line in-the-cloud de grátis para criar um banco de tempo. A questão é como e se os madeirenses (e que grupo da população) estariam dispostos a usar o sistema. Discutimos também outras formas de pagamento livre de imposto. Isso precisa ser discutido mais.

Um pouco de networking que funcionou: U estava procurando por uma pessoa / casal para ocupar um T1 em seu prédio contra limpeza e jardinagem, e E refereu um casal jovem de alunos que já estão tomando o emprego e o apartamento.

Nós vamos ter uma visita guiada ao Teatro no dia 25 de julho, encontro na bilheteria (nenhuma outra reunião naquele dia)

Hello Team,

It was another nice evening in La Pasta, with interesting discussions!

D`s Wwoofers joined us afterwards, a girl from Sweden and a boy from Spain, both very nice and fluent in all kinds of languages (H, E´s and G`s son also came, a very intelligent youngster)

We spoke about the IGNITE Portugal event, this was very well organized by people from the Continent  , about 120 – 150 persons, all very enthusiastic, showed up. It was filmed so might show up in YouTube.

U presented the Consorcio there, and two persons have asked to join; U will interview them first.

D didn`t give us figures on the savings with his “autoconsumo”system yet because he is still tweaking the system.

Consumers usually have the choice between “on Grid” (sell to the Casa da Luz) and “off Grid” (independent self service), but there are also “hybrid” inverters which allow for both, so when the solar produces excess, a private household can make the clock go backwards, thereby saving money as well. D is going to get one of these inverters.

The inverter must be programmed to not allow full charging with Grid electricity at night because then the solar energy from the following day cannot be stored in the batteries and is lost. It`s learning by doing!

We also spoke about diesel generators and the micro-hydro electricity system D wants, this weekend, N and J from the Agriculture group will help him set it up, they have such systems already.

The basket is going from carpenter  to the wickerwork-guy  soon, we may get our prototype ready before the end of the Summer.

D checked U`s paper on the Hybrid solution, which  allows the transfer of a property  from a seller to a buyer without a mortgage and a bank.

U will hand it in to Contraditório to be published in the Autumn.

We discussed E`s idea of a time bank, and as the members already were informed, there is not the possibility to install online an in-the-cloud free software to set up a Time Bank etc. The question is how and if the Madeirans ( and which group of the population) would be willing to use the system. We also discussed other forms of tax-free forms of payments . This needs to be discussed further.

A bit of networking that worked out well: U was looking for a person/couple to occupy a T1 in her building against cleaning & gardening, and E referred a nice young couple of students who are now taking the job and the apartment.

We will have a guided visit to the Theater on July 25, meeting at the ticket office (no other meeting that day)Our organisation:
